Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Advisor Tech Hub, an annual subscription-based automation platform for MFD GST invoice generation, CAMS/KFIN parsing, bank statement reconciliation, GST report exports, auditor Excel reports, credit note workflows, rental RCM records, and related business automation.
Nature of Service
The platform is a software automation tool. It is intended to reduce manual effort and reduce avoidable manual errors. It does not guarantee GST credit, GST portal acceptance, tax compliance, audit approval, bank credit matching, or any statutory outcome.
Users must review outputs with their accountant, auditor, tax consultant, or authorized professional before filing GST returns, submitting reports, sending invoices, or taking business decisions.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, signing in, authorizing Google access, starting a trial run, making payment, or using any feature of the platform, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. Continued use after any update to these documents will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
User Account and Authorization
Users must login using their own authorized Google account. By using the platform, the user confirms that they have permission to access and process the Google Drive folders, Google Sheets, Gmail account, and business data configured in the application.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials, Google account access, and device security safe.
Annual Package
Advisor Tech Hub is offered as an annual package unless otherwise stated in writing. Access may include a limited trial based on trial runs and/or trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
User Data Location
Generated working sheets, invoices, source files, final files, reconciliations, reports, and backups are intended to be created in the user's own Google Drive and Google Sheets. We store only limited account, settings, subscription, and operational metadata needed to run and support the platform.
User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for entering correct GST number, firm details, invoice prefix, folder IDs, sheet IDs, AMC/vendor details, bank statement files, email recipients, signatory details, and all other settings. Incorrect input can produce incorrect output.
The user must verify invoice numbers, GSTINs, taxable values, GST values, bank reconciliation results, credit notes, rental RCM entries, and GST report exports before use.
No Professional Advice
The platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment, or compliance advice. Any explanations, help text, report formats, or automation outputs are provided only as software assistance.
Third-Party Services
The platform depends on services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail APIs, Razorpay, browser services, and internet connectivity. Changes, outages, quotas, authentication issues, API limits, policy changes, or billing changes from third-party providers may affect availability or performance.
Technical Support
Technical support is provided only on prior appointment and based on availability. Text-based support is provided through WhatsApp or email for guidance. Remote sessions, when accepted by Advisor Tech Hub, are only for guidance on using the software and do not create responsibility for the user's accounting, tax filing, data entry, Google account, device, internet, or statutory compliance.
Support does not include guaranteed immediate response, emergency filing responsibility, tax advice, audit advice, or correction of user-side data unless specifically agreed in writing.
Subscription, Suspension, and Misuse
Access may be restricted for expired trial, failed payment, chargeback, suspected misuse, unauthorized access, abuse of APIs, attempts to bypass subscription controls, or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advisor Tech Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses, including loss of GST credit, penalties, interest, delayed filing, incorrect filing, data loss, missed bank credits, or missed business opportunities arising from use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability shall be limited to the subscription amount paid by the user for the current annual subscription period.
Updates
We may update templates, features, pricing, workflows, reports, menus, and these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated version.
